Cancellations (Regret Window)
Orders with a Scoop Video: If your order includes a scoop video, you may request a full refund within 12 hours after the video is uploaded. If you do not feel right about the scoop, let us know within this window and we will refund unconditionally. Once the package has shipped or the 12-hour window has passed, refunds are no longer available.
Orders without a Video: You may cancel unconditionally at any time BEFORE shipment.

Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.

About Random/Mystery Products
Please note that “Scoop” items are drawn through a random selection process. Notes left at checkout help us personalize your box but do not guarantee specific items. Personal preference regarding the randomly selected items does not qualify as grounds for return.

Refund Method
Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
