Tracking Your Package
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If the tracking page shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact your local courier first for the quickest resolution.

Address Accuracy & Changes
To avoid delays or lost parcels, please ensure your full name, complete address, and phone number are correct at checkout. If you need to modify your address, please contact us immediately before your parcel is shipped. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete addresses or recipient unavailability.

Lost Parcels
We will assist you in communicating with the courier regarding any shipping issues. If the courier officially confirms the parcel is lost, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
