Are all products in the gift boxes random?

For Scoop Products: Yes! All items are randomly selected as part of the fun. You can leave a note with your preferred styles or colors — we’ll try to match them if possible!
For Fixed Gift Boxes: The items are pre-set as shown in the product description.

Are the items brand new?

Yes, absolutely. Every product is brand new, inspected, and packaged with care before shipment. We never reuse or resell returned items.

How do you ensure product quality?

Each item is sourced from verified suppliers and goes through multi-step quality checks before packaging. Our goal is to ensure every gift looks beautiful and feels special when received.

How long does delivery take?

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can simply enter it on our “Order Tracking” page to check your real-time delivery status.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Changed your mind? We offer a “Regret Window”:

Video Orders: Cancel within 12 hours of video upload.

Standard Orders: Cancel anytime BEFORE shipment.

Note: Once shipped or the 12h window passes, all sales are final due to the blind box nature.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please take clear photos of the damaged items and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
